They don’t want to bother anyone, they don’t want to cause a fuss, they don’t want to be a burden. I’m here to tell you to throw those concepts away, you deserve better, you deserve YOU.

We live in a 24/7 world where the pace of life is going at breakneck speed and it’s sometimes hard to keep up. Some follow their dreams, some have their dreams but don’t chase them. Our stress levels are rising and many accept their life instead of creating it. But does it have to be this way? No, absolutely not! Diet

Many of us don’t follow an ideal diet or anything close to ideal. It’s too easy to get a take-out, throw something in the microwave. It’s too difficult and expensive to create meals from scratch…. or is it? I can help you steer through the turbulent waters of today’s diet and into the calm sea where you’ll be happier, more vibrant, and have better energy and health.

We will work together to reach your health goals Are you tired of crash diets that make you lose weight then put it back on? Plans that you can do for one week but fail because they are too complicated? Workouts that are too extreme and so you end up doing nothing? Are you scared of eating out in fear of gaining weight? Are you not sleeping well and never feel refreshed? Do you count calories as a way to lose weight? Do you feel a lack of energy throughout the day? Do you have bad skin and haven’t been able to clear it up? If you answered yes to any of these questions then working with a health coach can help change these! Together we will achieve all your goals and get you feeling vibrant, energetic and healthy with the body you want. We all tend to lead very busy lives filled with work, stress and everything else we have to try and fit into the same 24 hours. This is why it can be so very beneficial to have around an hour each session with me to focus entirely on YOU. Our sessions aren’t about me telling you to do x, y and z, they are about us working together as a team to reach YOUR goals we set TOGETHER. As your coach, I do not lead our sessions as I believe that while it’s good for me to have ideas about what to cover during each meeting, life doesn’t have such a structured and rigid plan and is always in flux, which is why each of our meetings together is about what YOU need to talk about and work on. I understand what it’s like to have a busy schedule and feel you have no time to achieve your goals. That is why my programs are based around teaching you easy tips, tricks, and everything you need to know to sleep better, lose weight and to start loving life. We all have goals, deadlines, work, friends, family and relationships to attend to. Add to that getting physically active and eating well and suddenly it seems impossible to fit it all into 24 hours. It can be tough starting a new fitness regime or changing up your diet and that’s where your time with me comes in. When we work one-on-one, our sessions will be spent working on YOU. Together we will achieve all your goals whether they are physically related, emotional, food based or spiritual. Our sessions aren’t about me telling you to do x, y and z. They are about us working as a team to reach YOUR goals. No longer will you feel alone. Our time will be spent understanding the root causes of common things such as weight gain, emotional eating, lack of time to exercise and how to make small but lasting changes that will help you for life-long success. I offer 4 plans. All offer the same commitment to working with you to reach your goals, work through issues and celebrate your successes. Each coaching session is conducted either in person or via phone/Skype.   The Health Kickstart Detox Program Have you found yourself with a lack of energy? Put weight on you don’t want? Are you tired of feeing tired? Then the Health Kickstart Detox Program is for you. My Health Kickstart Detox Program isn’t like a lot of detox programs out there, this gently eases you into a healthy eating regime allowing your body to naturally detoxify through improved eating, exercising and relaxing. Lasting just 1 month you will feel better, have more energy, have better quality sleep and you’ll begin to lose weight naturally, with no pills or potions. We will work together to not only look at your diet but we also look at other aspects of your life such as stress which can all affect your overall health and wellbeing. You will have a 40-50 minute session with me each week (4 in total) where we will tailor your detox program to you. I will be your accountability partner, your coach and your adviser. I guarantee that if you follow the advice and tips, you WILL feel a whole lot better by the end of the program. This is the program for someone who wants to cleanse their body quickly, who wants to feel better, who wants to begin losing weight and who wants to push themselves a little more to achieve those things. The program will include –

The Type 2 Diabetic Cleanse This program is for anyone with Type 2 Diabetes. Being someone who used to have this disease, I understand the health worries you are going through. I reversed my Type 2 Diabetes as well as high blood pressure and high cholesterol and all this can be done with various diet and lifestyle changes. We will work together to help you reduce the effects of Diabetes or even reverse it. The program lasts 2 months and we will have a 40-50 minute session together every 2 weeks (4 in total) where we will find the diet that not only helps your body heal, but it suited to you and your lifestyle. We also look at other aspects of your life to work towards a whole lifestyle change to maintain your new healthier self. The program will include –

The road to a new vibrant you program This program is the doorway to a new you. Do you…

We will work together for 12 weeks, meeting in person or via Skype/phone every 2 weeks (6 sessions in total) where we will work to firstly address your dietary lifestyle and then move on to other aspects of your lifestyle that will ultimately lead to a new, happier and healthier lifestyle. I will be there to help you via email between sessions should you need it. We set 2-3 goals at the end of each session to help you gently change your lifestyle. We will celebrate your successes as they happen throughout the program. We will begin to go deeper into your lifestyle than you probably have done by yourself. Working deeper like this can lead to some amazing and life changing results. This is an investment in your health and can lead to some wonderful, long-lasting changes in your life. The program will include –
